Terms & Conditions

• Tickets are non-refundable.

• Parents are expected to supervise their children at all times.

• Groups consisting solely of adults are not permitted. Each family may bring a maximum of 3 children per accompanying adult. For larger gatherings involving more than two families, please ensure there is at least one adult for every two children present.

• Every individual in your party must possess a ticket, including non-walking infants (their ticket is free of charge).

• Tiny Grooves is not a typical children’s party, we play music adults love, spanning the techno genre. We don’t play “children’s music” or current chart toppers. Our professional DJs are not focused on direct interaction with the crowd, but on delivering the amazing sets they would at their usual parties and festivals.

• Our events involve standing and dancing, with seating available in limited capacity. Strollers are not allowed on the dance floor, so for parents with babies, we recommend wearing them in a carrier.

• We may capture photographs or film brief segments of the event. By attending, you consent to the potential use of these materials for our promotional purposes and waive rights to any payments or royalties. More information below.

• Allergy advice: Latex balloons may be present. Food vendors at the venue may offer food containing nuts.out your site, a customer quote, or to talk about important news.

Please note that during this event, we may record video, audio or still images (the “Materials”). By entering the event, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of the Materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. If you see a photo you wish to have removed please contact us at hellotinygrooves@gmail.com.

Accordingly, you are consenting to photography, audio recording, video recording of your image and voice and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Tiny Grooves and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Tiny Grooves events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of Tiny Grooves.

You release Tiny Grooves, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, representatives, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions govern the “Instagram Competition” (the “Competition”) conducted by Tiny Grooves (the “Organizer”).

1.2. By participating in this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Competition is open to residents of The Netherlands, aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the Organizer, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Competition.

2.2. Participants must have an Instagram account to enter.

3. Competition Period

3.1. The Competition begins on 7 August 2024 at 1:00pm and ends on 23 August 2024 at midnight (the “Competition Period”).

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter the Competition, participants must:

a. Buy a ticket to Tiny Grooves Zomerfeest 25 August 2024

b. DM or email us their order number

d. Share the Competition post on their Instagram story and tag @tinygrooves for an additional entry

4.2. Multiple entries are permitted. Each adult ticket bought counts as one entry.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. The winners will be selected randomly using Random Picker from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

5.2. The winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram on August 23rd 2024.

5.3. The winners must show their Instagram and collect the prize at the event, Tiny Grooves Zomerfeest at Noorderlicht during the event period. If the winner does not physically collect the prize within this period, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same random selection method.

6. Prize

6.1. The prize for the Competition is a child’s bag from @craekkerbags.

6.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

6.4. Bag type and colour may vary, stock of each colour is limited and given on a first-come, first-served basis.

6.5. In the event that the Craekker bag is out of stock, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar backpack from a different brand of equal or greater value.

7. General Conditions

7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or otherwise does not comply with these terms and conditions.

7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions where necessary to ensure the proper administration of the Competition.

7.3. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent.

7.4. The decision of the Organizer regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize.

8.2. The Organizer does not accept responsibility for any entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware, or software failure of any kind.

9. Governing Law

9.1. The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Dutch law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
